  • Lost your licence key? Tell us the email address you paid with and we’ll resend it.
  • New computer? We can move your licence to it.
  • Something not working? Tell us your Mac or Windows version and the file type (JPG, PNG, MP4 or MOV). Please don’t attach your photos: we never need them.
